Verses 62-78 GROUP_1430 55.62-78
62
وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ
Besides those two there shall be two other gardens.
63
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
64
مُدْهَامَّتَانِ
Both [gardens] of the darkest green.
65
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
66
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ
In both of them live springs gush forth.
67
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
68
فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ
In both of them there will be fruit trees and date-palms and pomegranates.
69
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
70
فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَاتٌ حِسَانٌ
Therein will be maidens chaste and beautiful.
71
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
72
حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ
[There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions.
73
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
74
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ
Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them.
75
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
76
مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِيٍّ حِسَانٍ
[They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets.
77
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Which of your Lord’s wonders would you deny?
78
تَبَارَكَ اسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
Blessed be your Lord’s name, full of glory and majesty!

Commentary
(a) In these verses the second Paradise has been mentioned. This will also have two gardens like the first Paradise. This Paradise will be for ordinary righteous people. In comparison with the bounties of the present world, the bounties of this Paradise will also be unimaginably greater. Still, compared to the first mentioned Paradise, this will be a Paradise of the second degree.
